  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Bake yellow cake mix by directions on box in a 9 x 13-inch sheet pan.

    Poke holes in baked cake with fork.

    Bring 1 package coconut, milk and sugar to boil.

    Pour over cake.

    Mix remaining package of coconut with Cool Whip and spread over cake. Refrigerate.

    Bake ahead of time, as it is better the next day.
