- 2 pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Bake yellow cake mix by directions on box in a 9 x 13-inch sheet pan.

2Poke holes in baked cake with fork.

3Bring 1 package coconut, milk and sugar to boil.

4Pour over cake.

5Mix remaining package of coconut with Cool Whip and spread over cake. Refrigerate.

6Bake ahead of time, as it is better the next day.
