- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. small Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. Baker's coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil.

2Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

3Stir in coconut and pecans.

4Pour into three greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

6Cool in pans for 15 minutes.

7Remove and cool on rack.

8Frost when cool.
