  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tablespoons Karo Syrup
  • Melted Chocolate, For Dipping

    Finely chop coconut, move to a small bowl. Stir in corn syrup until mixture is evenly combined.

    Roll into balls, refrigerate and dip in melted chocolate; let firm on a cookie sheet. Or, for a professional look, press into a chocolate-lined candy mold and drizzle with chocolate (pictured above.). 1 serving = 1 center.
