  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 c. moist flaked coconut
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Using teaspoon, shape into balls; place 1-inch apart on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° until golden, about 8 or 9 minutes.

    Cool on racks.

    Delicious when dipped in chocolate!
