- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool whip
- 1 can cherry pie filling or any fruit pie filling
Directions

1Crumble the first 4 ingredients together; spread on cookie sheet.

2Bake at 350° to brown it.

3Stir often; it browns quickly. Cool.

4Press into an 8 x 12-inch glass pan, reserving small amount for topping.

5Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread over crumb crust.

6Top with pie filling and crumbs.
