- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) Mrs. Filbert's margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (7 oz.) can Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar well with a fork.

2Add margarine, salt, vanilla and coconut.

3Pour into two uncooked pie shells.

4Bake 35 minutes at 375°.

5I heat the oven to 425° and put the pies in. Turn back to 375°.

6I think the hot oven sets the crust and filling.
