  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 None lemon, peel finely grated
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 None lime, peel finely grated
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 12 None ready-made sweet tart crusts or mini graham cracker crusts
  • None None Whipped cream, passionfruit pulp, to serve

Directions

    Combine coconut, condensed milk and all peels and juices in a large bowl, stirring until thick. Fold in cream.

    Spoon into tart cases. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve topped with whipped cream and passionfruit pulp.
