- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Line cookie sheet with foil.

3Lay crackers side by side (one layer only).

4In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Drizzle over entire surface of crackers. Sprinkle with coconut.

5Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on rack. Stores airtight for up to a week. Contains 46 calories each.
