  • 36 saltine crackers
  • 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Line cookie sheet with foil.

    Lay crackers side by side (one layer only).

    In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Drizzle over entire surface of crackers. Sprinkle with coconut.

    Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on rack. Stores airtight for up to a week. Contains 46 calories each.
