  • 2 c. coconut (unsweetened)
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour (can use white flour)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Spray cookie sheet with Pam.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Roll out thin on cookie sheet.

    Prick with fork.

    Cut dough into desired size before baking.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with apricot jam made by chopping dry apricots (unsweetened) into boiling water and cooking until desired texture.
