- 2 c. whole wheat flour (can use white flour)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Spray cookie sheet with Pam.

2Mix all ingredients.

3Roll out thin on cookie sheet.

4Prick with fork.

5Cut dough into desired size before baking.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with apricot jam made by chopping dry apricots (unsweetened) into boiling water and cooking until desired texture.
