  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 c. flake coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour and salt in a saucepan.

    Add the milk and egg yolks and mix thoroughly.

    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
