- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk to beat 3 egg yolks in
- 2 c. milk
- 1 small can coconut
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 cooked pie shell
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar together until well blended.

2Add 2 cups milk to this mixture.

3Add coconut and beat well.

4Beat 1/4 cup milk and 3 egg yolks together and add to mixture and heat, adding 1 tablespoon coconut flavoring when mixture has thickened.

5Pour into baked pie shell.

6Use the egg whites for the meringue and brown in oven.

7You may want to sprinkle some coconut on top of meringue before browning.
