- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 22 crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 or 2 bananas
- Cool Whip topping
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Add sugar; beat until stiff (until peaks form).

3Mix in nuts, coconut and wafer crumbs; mix well.

4Pour into well-greased pie pan.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

6When cool, top with sliced bananas.

7Cover with Cool Whip; garnish with nuts.
