- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. coconut, shredded
- 1/2 c. nutmeats, chopped
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. granulated white sugar
- ice cream
Directions

1Combine crumbs, coconut and nutmeats.

2Beat whites with salt and vanilla until foamy; gradually add sugar and beat until whites form stiff peaks.

3Fold in graham cracker mixture.

4Spread in well-greased pie plate and bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes. Cool.

5Cut in wedges and top with ice cream.
