  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • grated rind of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 drops lemon extract
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. grated coconut

    In bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, lemon rind and lemon extract together.
