- 1 can Baker's coconut
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
Directions

1Pour milk over coconut; allow to soak while preparing crust (15 minutes).

2Cream together oleo and sugar.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

4Add vanilla and coconut mixture. Pour into pie shell.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until center is set.
