Coconut Dates Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 can full fat Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp water
- 15 pitted Dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

1Refridgerate the can for atleast 2 days.

2Shake the coconut milk can well and pour it into a bowl.

3It should be very thick and creamy.

4Stir in the vanilla extract.

5Blend the dates with the water till it forms a paste.

6If you want a chunky ice cream, don't blend it for too long.

7Mix the dates paste into the coconut milk mixture.

8It will thin down just a little bit now.

9Pour it into a deep airtight container and place in freezer.

10REMEMBER: Every 15-20 minutes, go and stir up the base to break the big ice crystals.

11(or it will be a block of ice)

13Tip: If your ice cream gets too hard, just put it in the fridge and let it loosen.

14Then, slowly freeze again (be careful this time! )
