  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 small can coconut flakes, toasted

Directions

    To prepare crust, mix flour, sugar and butter; add nuts and pat in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake about 10 minutes at 350° and then cool.
