Coconut Fruit Squares

- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon or lime rind
- 1/3 c. lemon or lime juice
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 2/3 c. coconut
- fresh or canned fruit
Directions

1Combine cracker crumbs and margarine.

2Press firmly into bottom of 9-inch square pan.

3Combine milk, rind and juice in large bowl.

4Fold in 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip and 1 1/2 cups coconut. Spread half the mixture over crumbs.

5Arrange a layer of fruit; spread on remaining mixture.

6Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill at least 2 hours.

7Cut into squares.

8Top with remaining Cool Whip.
