  • 12 cup butter
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 12 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut
  • 2 cups flour

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and dry ingredients.

    Form into balls, press dent in centre.

    Fill dent with jam (I use raspberry).

    Bake in medium oven for 15 minutes.
