- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients; press into a 9 x 9-inch pan.

3Mix remaining ingredients; add to crust.
