  • 12 oz. coconut
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 8 oz. candied pineapple (cut up)
  • 8 oz. candied cherries (cut up)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a very large bowl.

    Put into greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 225° for 2 hours or until brown on top.
