- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Beat or cream eggs, sugar and salt until creamy and lemon colored. Add soft butter or margarine. Beat well.

2Add the flour. Blend well. Add milk.

3Mix well, then fold in 1 cup coconut.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Sprinkle remaining coconut on top. Bake in slow oven at 325° about 60 minutes.
