- 2 1/2 c. coconut (unsweetened)
- 3/4 c. cashew meal
- 1 c. barley or rice flour
- 1/3 c. raw honey
- 3/4 c. distilled water
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients into mixing bowl.

2Mix well.

3Add water, honey and flavoring into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

4Roll into balls and press with a fork.

5Spray cookie sheet with Pam and place cookies on it.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7Yields 24 cookies.
