- 12 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 12 cups unsweetened dried shredded coconut (organic)
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour
- 1 dash sea salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Place egg whites in mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.

3In small bowl combine shredded coconut, coconut flour, dash of salt, stir and add to egg whites.

4Stir in vanilla.

5Drop from tablespoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

6Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges get crispy and golden.
