  • 12 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 12 cups unsweetened dried shredded coconut (organic)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour
  • 1 dash sea salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325.

    Place egg whites in mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.

    In small bowl combine shredded coconut, coconut flour, dash of salt, stir and add to egg whites.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Drop from tablespoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges get crispy and golden.
