- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.

2Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.

3Mix well.

4Drop by teaspoon onto a greased and floured baking sheet.

5Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until edges are brown.

6Remove from sheets at once.
