  • 2/3 c. (1/2 of 15 oz. can) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. (3 c.) shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Mix together sweetened condensed milk, coconut and flavorings. Drop by tablespoonfuls, about 1-inch apart onto a well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° about 8 to 10 minutes or until delicately browned around the edges.

    Remove from baking sheet immediately.
