- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 1/3 c. shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a baking sheet.

3Mix the ingredients together with a fork.

4Drop by teaspoon lumps of mixture onto baking sheet.

5Bake for 10 minutes or until edges turn light brown.

6Remove from baking sheet with a spatula.

7Cool. Yield: 24.

8You may place a pecan half in the center of each macaroon before baking, if desired.
