- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. grated coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding in sugar, still beating.

2Fold in sifted flour and salt, coconut and vanilla. Drop on lightly greased baking sheet.

3Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325°.
