- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. grated coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually.

2Beat until glossy.

3Fold in flour, salt, vanilla and coconut.

4Line baking sheets with greased heavy brown paper. Drop coconut mixture by teaspoon on sheets.

5Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
