- 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.

2Mix well.

3Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheets.

4Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are browned.

5Remove from sheets at once.

6Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
