- 1 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.

3Mix well.

4Drop from teaspoon onto prepared pan.

5Bake 20 minutes or until browned on edges.

6Remove from sheet at once.

7Makes about 18 macaroons.
