  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until edges are brown. Remove from cookie sheet at once. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
