- 14 cup butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 12 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 12 teaspoon coconut extract or 12 teaspoon vanilla
- toasted sweetened flaked coconut, if desired

1Place butter and cream cheese in large bowl.

2Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

3Add sugar; continue beating until well blended.

4Increase speed to high.

5Beat, gradually adding whipping cream, until stiff peaks form.

6Gently stir in 1/2 cup coconut and coconut extract by hand.

7To serve, divide mixture evenly among 8 individual serving dishes.

8Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

9Sprinkle with toasted coconut, if desired.
