- 3/4 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 lb. marshmallows (about 32)
- 1/4 lb. or 1 c. salted almonds
Directions

1Place the coconut under the oven broiler and brown delicately.

2Melt marshmallows in the top of a double boiler, stirring frequently.

3This will take about 15 minutes.

4Dip each nut in melted marshmallow and then roll in the browned coconut. These are best the day they are made.

5Makes about 30 small puffs.
