Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. fresh frozen coconut
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Stir sugar, milk and coconut together.

    Beat eggs with spoon by hand before adding. Then add eggs and margarine.

    Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 375° on bottom rack in oven until done.
