- 14 oz. pkg. coconut
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add flour and sugar mixed together.

3Mix and add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg.

4Add milk and pineapple and mix well.

5Add vanilla and coconut and mix.

6Makes four 9-inch pies in shallow pie dishes and two deep dish pies. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until pie is golden brown.
