  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Bakers Angel Flake coconut

Directions

    Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
