- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 (7 oz.) can coconut
- 1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Melt margarine in 10-inch pie plate.

2Mix sugar and flour together.

3Add beaten eggs and gradually add milk.

4Mix well and add flavoring, coconut and margarine.

5Stir well and pour into pie plate.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

7No crust needed.
