  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can coconut
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar, flour, milk, vanilla and salt.

    Put coconut in unbaked crust.

    Pour mixture over coconut.

    Then cut margarine on top.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
