- 1 pastry shell
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar, flour and salt; add to milk gradually.

2Add beaten egg yolks and margarine.

3Cook over low heat until thick. Add coconut and vanilla. Pour into baked pastry shell.

4Top with meringue and coconut.

5Bake in 325° oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
