- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add sugar, melted butter, buttermilk and vanilla; mix well and stir in coconut flakes.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

4Lower heat to 300° and bake until golden brown.
