- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
- 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 stick melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar; moisten with a little of the milk.

2Add melted margarine, eggs, remainder of milk, vanilla and coconut. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until light brown.

3Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.

4Bake in greased aluminum pie pans.

5Will make its own crust.
