  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 stick melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar; moisten with a little of the milk.

    Add melted margarine, eggs, remainder of milk, vanilla and coconut. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until light brown.

    Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.

    Bake in greased aluminum pie pans.

    Will make its own crust.
