  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk (1 small can evaporated milk and rest from carton)
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz. pkg. fresh frozen coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Heat all ingredients in a pot until margarine is melted.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake in 350° to 375° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown.
