- 1 cup flaked coconut

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease a deep 9 inch pie plate and set pan on baking dish to avoid spills.

3Place all ingredients in a blender, cover, and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake for 50 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
