  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Put sugar, eggs and buttermilk into blender. Spin until mixed, then add vanilla and melted butter; mix.

    Fill pie shells with coconut.

    Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
