- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
- coconut
Directions

1Cream sugar, shortening and margarine.

2Add eggs and beat. Mix in flour and baking powder, adding milk alternately.

3Add vanilla and pour in 2 round greased and floured pans.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Cover first layer with pineapple and top second layer with Boiled Frosting.
