- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add corn syrup, coconut, eggs, pineapple, vanilla and butter. Pour into pie shell. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. (Note: Cover loosely with foil if top browns too quickly.) Cool on wire rack. Chill 2 hours before serving.
