  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 3 1/2 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cream butter, gradually add 3 cups sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Alternately add flour and milk.

    Add coconut.

    Bake 1 hour at 325° in a tube pan.
