- 1/2 lb. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 3 1/2 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cream butter, gradually add 3 cups sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Alternately add flour and milk.

3Add coconut.

4Bake 1 hour at 325° in a tube pan.
