  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 c. undiluted canned cream

    Cream sugar and margarine well.

    Add milk alternately with flour and baking powder.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Mix well.

    Add vanilla and fold in coconut.

    Bake in tube cake pan at 350° for 1 hour 10 minutes.
