  • 3 sticks butter, softened
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 6 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon
  • 1 tsp. almond flavoring

Directions

    Cream together sugar and butter; add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour and soda together and mix with the sugar mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
