- 6 eggs (room temperature)
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
Directions

1Cream together sugar and butter; add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour and soda together and mix with the sugar mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
